What does pet-friendly really mean?

We are proud to boast pet-friendly communities! But what does that really mean?

A lot of housing claims to be pet-friendly, but then you find out they have weight limits and they have a large non-refundable pet deposit required before move-in. That doesn’t seem all that friendly to us.

So at YES! Communities we do things a little differently. We understand that pets are family too and we try to make it as easy as possible to bring your furry family members with you.  So what does pet-friendly mean at our communities?  It means…

  • No weight limit
  • No pet deposit
  • 2 pets are allowed per household
    • $50 monthly pet rent for 1 pet
    • $60 monthly pet rent for 2 pets

Our communities are required to abide by local city and county breed restrictions, so our communities cannot allow breeds known to demonstrate vicious behavior for the safety of our residents. Breeds such as pit bulls, rottweilers, Siberian huskies, saint bernards, german shepherds, great danes, Doberman pinschers, chow chows, Alaskan malamutes, akitas, etc.

For questions or more information on the pet policy please call the community office of the specific community you are interested in joining.
