TO OUR PAVILION ESTATES RESIDENTS:

The safety and security of our residents and team members remains our top priority and we are immensely grateful for the swift and coordinated efforts of the emergency crews. We are diligently assessing the damage, offering support to impacted individuals, and implementing measures to aid in the clean-up process.

Pavilion Estates Hardship Form

YES Communities has partnered with South County Community Services (“SCCS”), a highly respected locally based charitable organization, which will distribute financial and other assistance directly to the residents of Pavilion Estates who have been impacted by the recent tornado that swept through the community.

Form can be completed and emailed to: 0934-PavilionEstatesMI-CM@yescommunities.com or hand delivered to the Pavilion Estates Resident Resource Office on site.

Resident Resources

A Consolidated Donations Management Center is open to the public from 10 am - 4 pm daily

The center is located at 9246 Portage Industrial Dr., Portage MI 49024. All supplies will now be distributed at this location. Residents can contact the Donations Hotline at: 269-251-2211 and a representative will ask for your address, phone number, and the items you are requesting. They will build your box of items at the Donations Management Site, and Salvation Army volunteers will deliver it to your home.

Pavilion Estates Tornado Resident Recovery

Volunteer Efforts

in the City of Portage

We have been inundated with requests from people who want to help in the recovery from the significant tornado damage in the city. If you are interested in volunteering, visit the link below. Here you can register your willingness to volunteer your time and skills in this emergency. Registering places you under no obligation to volunteer.

United Way SCMI and Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF) are lending their shared strengths to relief efforts. To contribute to the overall recovery effort, you can donate to one of the crisis funds that United Way and KZCF have in place for events such as these.
