Home Maintenance

As a homeowner in a YES! Community, you’ll always have help nearby. We know things happen and if your home needs maintenance we can connect you to those who can help. Whether you need professional services for plumbing, heating, cooling or any other home system, our team is happy to provide recommendations on local contractors. Our Sales and Leasing Center team is available seven days a week, with after-hour maintenance emergency service, so you can be confident that when you call, we’ll answer.

Relocating & Moving

Whether you need to move for work or are simply looking for a change of scenery or lifestyle, our Sales & Leasing Center agents can help you relocate to another YES! community anywhere in the nation. With over 188 communities in 17 states, we will help you easily find a new home. We’ll take away the stress of having to find a place to live in a potentially unknown city and no matter where you end up you can continue to expect the amenities and convenience YES! offers.

Referral Bonuses

YES! Communities offers a referral program that encourages happy residents to recommend our communities to their friends, family, and co-workers. Whether a referral buys or rents a home, the community will pay out the referral bonus after a full month of paid residency by the referrals. Community Events

Get to know your neighbors at one of our regular community events, put on by the Sales and Leasing agent, including holiday parties, pool parties and community yard sales. After School and Summer Programs
