Updated Covid-19 Information For Our Residents

YES Communities is focused on the health of our residents, employees and partners. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we continue to monitor this daily. Each one of us has a role in preparing ourselves and our families for potential disruptions and upholding our responsibility to prevent further outbreaks. If we each do our part, we can help lessen the risk for everyone.

YES is relying upon the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) https://www.who.int/ and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) https://www.cdc.gov/ As an organization we are taking preventive measures to keep our communities clean and maintain a healthy environment.

  • Offices will continue to be open during normal hours of operation. However, effective immediately community offices will be open by appointment only. Please call or email your community office to set up a time to enter the office should it be needed.
  • Work orders will be suspended until further notice, apart from emergency work orders. Work orders should be communicated to the office staff via phone or YESapp and will be logged. It will then be determined the severity of the work order and put into priority order when able to do so.
  • Emergency work orders will be handled accordingly.
  • Gold Key Service continues to be suspended until further notice.
  • Minimize the number of people in a gathering to less than 10 people including common areas.
  • Now is the time to utilize the Resident App or phone to facilitate communication with our team especially all work orders.
  • Community offices are taking additional steps to frequently clean high touch, high traffic areas.
  • We are encouraging all team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.
  • Additionally, we are suspending the use of our community amenities, including clubhouses and swimming pools until further notice.
  • All resident events will be cancelled for the next 30 days, then to be reevaluated.

We remain committed to providing the YES service and support that our residents have come to expect from us. These measures are temporary and aimed to prevent spread of the virus. We will continue to adapt as the situation changes and additional guidance is issued.
