District Manager - Oklahoma
Exciting growth opportunity! We currently have an opening for District Manager in our CO Region. This position will be based in Oklahoma.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support, training, instruction and motivation to on-site team members.
- Achieve district goals in occupancy, sales, leases and delinquencies.
- Establish plans, allocate resources, review progress and make corrections in order to achieve district goals.
- Recruit, train and monitor progress of on-site community team members.
- Direct and monitor large expenditure projects.
- Inspect communities within district on a regular basis in order to provide guidance and monitor progress.
- Develop and maintain district budgets.
- Analyze financial operations at each community. Develop plan to correct significant variances from budget.
- Develop programs to achieve resident satisfaction and community appearance.
- Utilize problem solving and decision making skills to provide answers to communities, residents, and the Regional / Home offices.
- Some travel required; Relocation may be required for advancement.
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

Training Coordinator - Denver, Colorado
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities are coordinating training for field and Home Office team members including an e-learning platform, written documentation and traditional classroom environments. The curriculum will focus on both “off the shelf” and “custom” training solutions for broad-based business skills, company policies/procedures, individual development plans, and leadership/management development.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with Operations, HR and other key managers to determine development needs of employees and potential solutions
- Coordination of subject matter experts and other trainers to ensure in-person training has instructors and classes are fully prepared prior to training
- Scheduling, evaluation and tracking of team members in various classes or programs
- Creating, maintaining and preparing educational material with assistance of subject matter experts
- Facilitate group meetings at all levels
- Coordination of new training programs including, but not limited to, new acquisitions, new team members or new company initiatives.
- Update and Maintain YES! University to assure all training interventions have been recorded and are on file (including new employee orientation, new provider orientation, in-services, compliance training, etc.).
- Develop curriculum paths suggested for advancement opportunities

- Occasional travel will be required
Required Skills:
- Ability to concisely write instructional material based upon subject matter expert interviews
- Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
