  • Write and place effective advertising as directed by Management
  • Offer insurance on all sale transactions
  • Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
  • Create and maintain a positive Community environment
  • Communicate policies and procedures
  • Create and ensure a safe work environment
  • Follow safety precautions and procedures
  • Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
  • Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual’s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
  • Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management

Required Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Position Summary: Primary responsibilities are community and inventory maintenance as directed by the community manager in an efficient, courteous and understanding manner, while performing the following duties:

    Essential Functions:
  • Clean vacant lots
  • Respond to resident service requests when applicable
  • Maintain the storage compound in a safe and organized manner
  • Maintain tools, the maintenance facility, and equipment
  • Coordinate new home delivery and set-up, and request any warranty or follow-up work with the Community Manager and manufacturers

  • Maintain all utility facilities within the Community
  • Follow safety precautions

Inventory - Personal Property Tax Adminstrator

Postion Summary: YES Communities, Inc., a manager of manufactured housing communities located in 12 states headquartered in Denver, seeks an Inventory/Personal Property Tax Administrator to manage and maintain property tax information on inventory and loan secured homes, maintain inventory databases and perform reconciliation of costs and expenses.

Essential Inventory Functions:
  • Maintain home information in Home Inventory Tracking System (HITS)
  • Record sales information in HITS
  • Research and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain cost tracking report for used, new and transferred homes
  • Reconciliation of expenses for leased homes
  • Assist Inventory Analyst with reconciliation of inventory costs
  • Assist Inventory Analyst with month end reports
  • Assist Inventory Analyst with projects as needed
  • Maintain depreciation and roll forward functions for all leased and repossessed homes (BNA)
  • Essential Property Tax Functions:
  • Liaison with our tax reporting service-American Tax Reporting, Inc.
  • Research and approve all personal property tax invoices
  • Research of any personal property tax issues that arise in the title transfer process
  • Reporting and analysis of personal property tax information
  • Quarterly analysis of inventory personal property tax accrual to ensure accuracy
  • Submission of annual personal property tax returns to various municipalities
  • Support Loan Services property tax functions-
  • Estimating tax amounts/ monthly escrow payments
  • Researching non- escrowed tax accounts for delinquency
  • Coordinating payments with loan servicer
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on tax disputes as necessary.
  • Homes being auctioned due to non-payment of taxes
  • Taxes beyond statutory time to pay

Part Time Loan and Title Assistant

Position Summary: Yes Communities, Inc., a manager of manufactured home communities headquartered in Denver, CO with locations in 12 states, seeks a part- time Loan and Title Processing Assistant.

 

Loan Functions:
  • Maintain and distribute repo report.  Using information supplied by Clayton Bank & Trust through spreadsheets and on ManageAmerica.
  • Prepare and mail Notice of Default, Notice of Sale or Notice of Acceleration letters as required for files being worked by the Yes! Loan Collection Coordinator.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly internal reports- Steve’s report, loan mod status report, repo & loan mod tally report.
  • Assist with gathering information on Loan Assumption and Loan Modification requests and auditing completed packages returned from the community.
  • Prepare and mail responses to Borrower’s requests to remove homes from communities (with Yes lien).
 
Title Functions:
 
  • Prepare all necessary repossession paperwork on a timely basis.  Research property taxes due for AZ, OK & TX prior to submittal to title agency.   Maintain log of when title sent for transfer and received.  
  • Assist with title projects as needed- including preparing check requests for fees, completing title paperwork, filing and notating completed transfers, researching rejections or taxes due.
  • Other projects as required
