All accounting related to the preparation and review of the financial statements including;
- Review financial statements, research variances and prepare comments
- Monitoring the resident records for 20-25 communities
- Journal entries to accrue unpaid monthly expenses
- Final review of invoices for proper coding
- Front line support to regional and community managers
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Front line daily communication with regional/community managers
- Assist with system training of community managers
- Produce clear and accurate documentation of procedures
- Special projects

- MRI-General Ledger Accounting Software
- Avid Xchange-Disbursements Software
- America-Rent Roll/Revenue Generation Software

Sales Representative
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities are sales, advertising, resident relations, and office duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Sell new, used and foreclosed inventory at prices set by Management
- Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
- Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
- Review inventory for refurb needs
- Write and place effective advertising as directed by Management
- Offer insurance on all sale transactions
- Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Create and maintain a positive Community environment
- Communicate policies and procedures
- Create and ensure a safe work environment
- Follow safety precautions and procedures
- Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
- Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual's work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Sales Experience preferred

Service Personnel
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities are community and inventory maintenance as directed by the community manager in an efficient, courteous and understanding manner, while performing the following duties:
Essential Functions:
- Clean vacant lots
- Respond to resident service requests when applicable
- Maintain the storage compound in a safe and organized manner
- Maintain tools, the maintenance facility, and equipment
- Coordinate new home delivery and set-up, and request any warranty or follow-up work with the Community Manager and manufacturers
- Order supplies, tools and equipment (with Management approval)
- Maintain all utility facilities within the Community
- Follow safety precautions
- Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
- Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual's work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
- Maintain community assets including, grounds, buildings, equipment, pools, etc.
- Respond to emergency calls as directed by Supervisor
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management
Physical Requirements: Capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs.
